WizApp3S Introduces New CRM Package

WizApp3S team have developed integrated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) package, which will definitely tell the Management what extra they can give to their customers in minimum possible cost and effort and how.

The New CRM Package is tightly coupled with existing WizApp3S Database and offers extensive features and flexibilities to the user to Maintain/Manage their customer database in an effective and easy manner. The salient features of CRM as follows:

Customer Profiling

Unlimited attributes can be created for the customer profile, their pre-set values can be fed at HO and then POS can collect customer profiles as per LOV’s (List Of Values) created at HO. Some of the common Customer Attributes can be “Profession”, “Club Membership”, “Magazine/Newspaper Details” and so forth.

You can get any kind of report based on these User Defined Customer Attributes. The MIS reports based on these Attributes really help Management to take critical and effective decisions.

Customer Data Dissemination

Customers Data Collected at POS, merged at HO and then disseminated to all locations along with point’s status of each customer. WizApp3S introduces new technology to keep the customers data available at a centralized server over the Internet. The Dissemination of the Customer data is done immediately to all locations through the ActivStreaming Technology used by WizApp3S Monitor.

Customer Loyalty

Fully customizable Customer Loyalty programs can be enforced on Customers. For example, Points accumulation scheme can be done using Buying Patterns of Customers; Marking specific customers as "Privileged Customer" and giving flat discount on every purchase; Customer Membership Program based on first purchase or on receive of membership fee; and so forth.

Smart Card

Smart cards can be issued to your Privileged Customer. These cards can be issued either from Headoffice or Store to the Customer and the complete Loyalty profile can be stored on the chip of card itself. Once issued, these cards can be presented at any store and you can give the privileges (e.g. upfront discounts) to your customers in an easy and secure manner.

Gift Vouchers and Discount Coupons

Fully Functional Gift Vouchers and Discount Coupon dissemination module is attached with WizApp3S CRM Package. The GVs and DCs are generated at Headoffice and can be issued (in-person or open) either from Headoffice or from any store. When a GV is presented by customer, it is redeemed as a “Payment Mode” in the Retail Sale module itself, whereas the DC is redeemed as “Bill level Discount” in the same module.

Headoffice can track the complete inventory of GVs and DCs as they can be individually distributed through stored via Challans. The data of GVs and DCs, when issued either from Headoffice or any store, are immediately available at ActivStream Server and it is ready to be redeemed at any store.

SMSing and EMAILing

WizApp3S CRM package offers integrated module for sending Auto-Emails and SMSes to the Customers. You can create templates for SMSes and Emails and the system will send them to the designated customers at the scheduled time automatically.

Some of the examples of communications which can be done through this module are as follows:
1. Template creation at HO for Auto SMS to customer from POS on the basis of billing.
2. Bulk SMS / Mail from HO on special days like Diwali, Christmas, New-Year etc.
3. Bulk SMS / Mail from HO for pre sales information, Birthday and Anniversary Day wishes and on account of anything else like information on Arrivals of new styles / colors etc.
4. Sending of Discount Coupons/ Gift Vouchers/ Redemption vouchers, through SMSes and Mails which can be redeemed at any store.
5. Bulk SMS / Mail from HO for customer loyalty program points statement, privilege card renewal/expiry status.

MIS

In-depth MIS Reports can be taken at Headoffice based on Customer Profiles and Purchasing/Buying Patterns using Tables and Graphs. Some of the examples of the MIS reports offered by WizApp3S are as follows:

1. Customer FootFall Report during the specified period
2. Time-Line wise Customer FootFall Report
3. Buying Pattern of Customers of a given area
4. List of Customers who are not visited within ‘N’ no. of days.
5. Profession (a customer attribute) wise Buying Pattern across the stores
